The topic for the Essay Competition is: “The Role of Open & Distance Learning (ODL) in National Development.” The essay must be between 8,000 and 10,000 words in length.
Interested participants are required to submit an electronic copy of their essays to [email protected] on or before Friday, 31st January 2023
